OUR SERVICES
We health test all of our breeding doodles for OFA hips and elbows, CERF and PRA for eyes, thyroid Tgaa, and Cardiac. The extensive testing that we do meets or exceeds the Gold Paw standard of the ALAA. You can be assured that your puppy comes from well-tested parents. We feed our dogs top quality, grain free dog food. We give them ample outdoor playtime and exercise, and make sure they become well socialized through frequent contact with visiting children and adults. Your puppy will be provided to you with the following: • Unlimited lifetime support • 2-year Health Warranty • Age appropriate worming • 1st vaccination • Vet checked • Microchip • Puppy health record • Starter kit, collar and toy • DVD filled with pictures of your puppy • 3 day supply of puppy food • 4 Generation Pedigree |
Training
Each puppy also receives individual training and socialization with children and adults along with other dogs to ensure a smooth transition into their new homes. We enlist the services of certified dog trainer, Katherine Aromaa of Cooper's Dog Training and Behavior Modification, to use personality screening to provide the best match with loving owners. Katherine will be performing the puppy temperament test (or PAT) to help ensure that each puppy goes to the right home. This test assesses the puppy's sociability, sensitivity, cooperativeness, energy level, trainability, intelligence, assertiveness, and stability. The test is done when the puppies are 49 days old. This is when the puppies are neurologically complete and have the brain of an adult.
Grooming
At 5-6 weeks, our puppies are introduced to the grooming process. Our groomer, Amy Tobar, comes every 2 weeks to clip nails, bathe and trim our dogs. The puppies get used to the grooming table and the experience of having their toenails clipped. In this way, the puppies will be comfortable with being groomed when they come home to you.
