Fill out our puppy and guardian application and press the "Submit" button at the end.  This is the first step before we call you as it gives us all of your information in one place.  It does not lock you into purchasing a dog.  We will contact you for a phone interview and to answer any questions that you might have before putting down a deposit.   We have been having some trouble with our Website and Applications not being submitted despite confirmation.

This is an application Only.  This application is not a legally binding contract.  Upon purchase of a puppy, a purchase or guardian agreement will be signed by purchaser/guardian and LHL.

Ladd Hill labradoodles reserves the right to refuse to sell a puppy when circumstances indicate it is not in the best interest of, or negatively impacts, the puppy.
