Luna is truly the best puppy I’ve ever had! From the moment she came home, we could tell she was something special — already potty trained using litter boxes (genius(!!) and made potty training her to go outside a breeze!) and with the sweetest, most confident temperament. She’s friendly, eager to please, easily trained, and absolutely gorgeous! I mean... those eyes!!
We worked with Heather at Ladd Hill Labradoodles and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Heather was knowledgeable, responsive, and such a genuinely kind person — she made the entire process easy and joyful from start to finish. I learned about Ladd Hill when I was dog sitting for a friend's lovable labradoodle so when it came time for me to get a pup of my own, I knew where I should look! Heather was super responsive and clear in her instructions on how the process would work and there were absolutely no surprises.
I am so in love with my pup, Dooly (formerly Prince) and he's truly a perfect dog - happy, healthy, intelligent, and loving. I flew cross-country to pick up my puppy but it was so worth it given Ladd Hill's super reputable breeding process. We were referred to Ladd Hill Labradoodles by word of mouth, and they exceeded my expectations. Top notch service and customer care from the moment of submitting our online application. The manager, Heather, spent a lot of time learning about our lifestyle, needs and desires for our first puppy. She chose the most special puppy for us and we've already become so bonded and attached to him in a just a few days.
We have been provided undivided attention and care throughout the process from application to adoption. We know our puppy was raised the first 8 weeks of his life in a loving and caring home environment. He was already accustomed to being in a crate when we adopted him at just 8 weeks old! They are responsive after adoption and for the life of the dog. As was shared "No question is too small–just ask." What a relief to know we have Ladd Hill's expertise with the Australian Labradoodle breed as a consistent resource for our dog's lifetime. Ladd Hill Labradoodles has my highest recommendation. I've had a long procession of dogs over 50 years. The puppy I got from Ladd Hill is the BEST! Smartest, most beautiful, empathic and very happy. Heather made the process smooth from start to finish. I love that the puppies are raised with their siblings and mom in a private home, so even at 8 weeks they are well socialized. Thank you, Heather and Ladd Hill owner and staff for making this such a great experience. Our Labradoodle is now 7 months old and we adore her!
